Payments
A 50% deposit is required before project work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due before final delivery, transfer, or launch of the website.
- Deposits secure your project slot and cover planning, setup, and initial work.
- Late final payments may delay launch or delivery.
- Ongoing maintenance or monthly support is billed separately.
Refunds
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started. Because digital services involve time, planning, communication, and custom work, refunds are handled at our discretion based on project status.
If a separate Refund Policy is provided, that policy also applies.
Client Responsibilities
To keep projects moving smoothly, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and requested content on time
- Review work and communicate feedback clearly
- Respond within a reasonable timeframe during the project
- Make payments as agreed
Revisions and Delivery
Revisions are part of the project process within the agreed scope. Additional revisions, add-ons, or major scope changes may require extra time and cost.
Final files, website access, transfers, or launches may be withheld until payment is completed.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, the final approved website or deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment is received. We may still display completed work in our portfolio unless restricted in writing.
Third-Party Tools
Some projects may use third-party tools, software, hosting, domains, payment processors, plugins, or platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide professional and high-quality services, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or third-party issues related to use of our website or services.
